Goat Cheese Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Montchevre® goat cheese
  • 3 avocados, pitted & peeled
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 roma tomato, diced

Directions

  1. Combine goat cheese, avocados, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, garlic, salt and pepper in food processor; blend until combined. Transfer to small bowl and fold in tomatoes. Sprinkle goat cheese to top. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
