Roasted Beet and Honey Goat Cheese Dip

  • 3 medium to large beets
  • 7 oz. Montchevre® Honey goat cheese log
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 baguette
  • Fresh basil for garnish


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil. Wash and trim greens beets. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Salt and pepper.
  2. Bake for 40 minutes. You should be able to poke them with a fork when they're done. Remove from oven and let cool. Once cool enough to handle, remove skin.
  3. Combine Montchevre® Honey goat cheese log(s), roasted beets, lemon juice, cream cheese, and salt/pepper to taste in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth
  4. Garnish with extra goat cheese and fresh basil. Mmmmmmmmm. Enjoy!
