Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups of mayonnaise
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 8 ounces of cream cheese
- 4oz softened Montchevre® Garlic & Herb Goat Cheese + more for garnish
- 5 ounces of roughly chopped baby spinach
- 2 15-ounce cans of quartered artichokes, drained
- ½ cup of breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Assorted dippers
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°
- In a large bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, goat cheese, baby spinach, artichoke, and salt and pepper until completely combined.
- Transfer the dip to an 8x8” casserole baking dish and sprinkle on the breadcrumbs and extra goat cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until lightly browned and cooked through.
- Serve with assorted dippers such as baguette slices, carrot, and celery sticks.
