Cranberry and Cinnamon Goat Cheese Tartlets

Ingredients

  • 8oz Montchevre® Cranberry Cinnamon Goat Cheese
  • Puff Pastry Sheet
  • Cinnamon Sugar
  • Melted Butter (quarter stick)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Unroll one pastry sheet and cut into 9 even squares.
  3. At a spoonful of Montchevre® Cranberry Cinnamon goat cheese to the center of each square.
  4. Fold up all 4 corners to a point and place into cupcake pan.
  5. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
