Everything Bagel Baked Eggs with Goat Cheese

Ingredients

  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 4 tbsp. panko breadcrumbs
  • 8 large eggs
  • 4 tbsp. Montchevre® crumbled goat cheese
  • 2 tsp. everything bagel seasoning

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray 4 shallow baking dishes with cooking spray. Sprinkle each dish with 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs. Crack 2 eggs into each dish.
  2. Transfer egg dishes to large baking dish. Pour very hot tap water into baking dish so that water goes halfway up sides of egg dishes
  3. Transfer to oven and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until egg whites are just set but yolks are still runny.
  4. Sprinkle each egg dish with 1 tablespoon cheese and ½ teaspoon everything bagel seasoning. Serve immediately.
Home Chef Tip:
To make Everything Bagel Seasoning, stir together 2 tablespoons each dried minced garlic, poppy seeds and white sesame seeds, plus 1 tablespoon each caraway seeds and kosher salt.
