Roasted Cranberry Cinnamon Goat Cheese Flatbread
Ingredients
8oz Montchevre® Cranberry Cinnamon Goat Cheese
3 tbsps. of maple syrup
8oz of chopped and roasted butternut squash
2 tbsps. of parsley
¼ tsp salt
1 store bought pizza crust or flatbread
1 tbsp. olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix maple syrup, squash, parsley, and salt.
Lay out flatbread or crust and brush with olive oil.
Spread maple and squash mix over crust.
Top with Montchevre® cranberry cinnamon goat cheese.
Bake directly on oven rack 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is hot and crust is crispy. Cut into 8 wedges.
