4 tablespoons of softened unsalted butter
2 tablespoons of honey
1 peeled, seeded and sliced in half large butternut squash

2 teaspoons of finely chopped fresh sage
® Goat Cheese Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 425°.
In a small bowl mix together the butter, honey, salt, and pepper until completely combined and set aside.

Bake in the oven at 425° for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned on top and cooked through.

® goat cheese, and serve.
