1 seeded and large sliced red bell pepper
1 seeded and large sliced green bell pepper
1 large peeled and thickly sliced yellow onion
4 large diced russet potatoes
2 pounds of cubed steak
4 finely minced garlic cloves
4 tablespoons of olive oil
¼ cup of Montchevre Goat Cheese Crumbles
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the grill to high heat.
Combine the peppers, onion, potatoes, steak, garlic, olive oil, and salt and pepper into a large bowl and mix until completely combine.
Divide the mixture into 4 servings and place each on a sheet of aluminum foil that is 16” x 16” and fold up each into a foil tent.
Place the packets directly onto the grill and cook on high heat for 15 to 22 minutes or until the steak is cooked the vegetables are tender and browned.
Garnish with goat cheese crumbles and optional chopped fresh parsley
