Garlic and Herb Spinach Artichoke Dip
1 ½ cups of mayonnaise
1 cup of sour cream
8 ounces of cream cheese
4oz softened Montchevre® Garlic & Herb Goat Cheese + more for garnish
5 ounces of roughly chopped baby spinach
2 15-ounce cans of quartered artichokes, drained
½ cup of breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350°
In a large bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, goat cheese, baby spinach, artichoke, and salt and pepper until completely combined.
Transfer the dip to an 8x8” casserole baking dish and sprinkle on the breadcrumbs and extra goat cheese.
Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until lightly browned and cooked through.
Serve with assorted dippers such as baguette slices, carrot, and celery sticks.
