Montchevré Honored at 2011 ACS Awards
The American Cheese Society annual competition began in 1985 at the Third Annual conference. 30 cheesemakers entered 89 cheeses in 7 categories.
Today, ACS has grown to 1,300 distinguished members, and this year’s competition was as challenging as ever, with a whopping 1,462 entries! Montchevré is especially honored to have been awarded the following for the 2011 competition, which was held August 3 – 6 in Montreal. Congratulations to all the winners!
