Half Moon Cabrie
The Half Moon Cabrie is exactly what it sounds like, half of the full-sized Le Cabrie. The Half Moon Cabrie is made from prime quality goat milk and covered with a white penicillium mold. It is aged to achieve a smooth, delicate, yet mild goat flavor. Made according to the true soft ripened techniques Half Moon Cabrie is not stabilized and will get “runny” with aging.
Half Moon Cabrie is available in a 1.1 lb. “half moon” size, and is packed 4 to a case. Other Cabrie products include the Mini Cabrie and Le Cabrie.
